Oatmeal cookies can be controversial at an event. Some love them and some are wrong. Lucky for me, nobody is having potlucks right now so I’m in the court of my own opinion. And it’s always right.
As it turns out, Rachael Ray makes a few cookie cocktails. Move over, Martha! (But don’t really – I love you and you’re the queen always and forever. Please have me on TV with you)
Step 1: Gather ingredients: Baileys, coconut rum, butterscotch schnapps, Goldschlager, the cookies
Yes, we had to acquire the Goldschlager from a 19-year-old because that’s the only demographic that drinks it.
Step 2: Put some ice in your shaker and add the butterscotch schnapps
That. Smells. Amazing.
Step 3: Add coconut rum
Step 4: Add Baileys
Step 5: Add Goldschlager
How f’ing fancy – it has GOLD FLAKES. REAL (?) GOLD FLAKES! I can’t wait to have those in my drink.
Zero gold flakes poured out. Insert side eye emoji.
Step 6: Shake, shake, shake! Give it a nice good strain.
Step 7: Garnish with crumbled cookies
Nope! Not about to waste any of that glorious face-sized cookie!
This was the best one so far! It actually tasted like the cookie and was very tasty!

Off to make another. BYE.
