The sun is out, the birds are chirping, and it’s the perfect time for Springtime treats. Not today. These look pretty normal and appropriate for this time of year. Well, visions are not always as they seem. Continue reading

Recipe 65: Coconut Sandwich Cookies
My new friend Genoa went back and read every single blog I’ve written. When she asked if she could help me bake, the answer was simple: no.
OMG I’m kidding. Of course I said yes. I wanted to pick something relatively easy since Genoa says she doesn’t cook or bake. I thought she was exaggerating until I found an unopened, expired bag of flour in her cupboard.
These were the winners! Little did I know that when I arrived at Genoa’s house, I was in for the shock of my life. Continue reading

My most loyal readers will remember these as Recipe 3. If you aren’t familiar, please go read it. Continue reading

Recipe 56: Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches
Someone at work read my blog and was appalled that I didn’t have a peanut butter section. I’ve made a couple cookies with PB, and in that spirit, I went for these next.
These are in the “Kids Cookies” section, so they’re a piece of cake, right? Continue reading
